The storage issues which were affecting One Drive services has been resolved, so users should no longer see the storage is full error message.

GSU Students may receive the OneDrive error message stating "Your organization's storage is full"

Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and are in contact with the vendor to resolve storage issues. Until the issue is resolved your OneDrive will only be accessible in Read Only mode. Users also won’t be able to save or upload files to one drive, word, or excel.

However, in the mean time, if you are using the application versions of Word, Power Point, or Excel you can save files to your PC temporarily.
